Horrible - stay away

Horrible. Paid SafariNow full amount via secure site and a refundable ‘damage’ deposit to manager of flat (501 Canterbury Square, Cape Town operating under Alpha Apartment Bookings, & Centurion All-Suite Hotel Apartments Resort). Harassed for the whole week by both entities to give credit card details without a satisfactory explanation – or face eviction. I reluctantly comp**** – but demands escalated. Flat manager sent e-mail wanting imprint of my card (full account number) and copy of the back (CVV number) – giving free access to my funds!! ….deposit withheld because flat manager in a dispute with SafariNow. To add insult to injury – the flat is shabby, poorly equipped, and ridiculous cancelation policy not given upfront. STAY AWAY! There are far better booking agencies and venues in Cape Town.
