Horrible service with no communication and no refund that it due.

I had book with Safarinow and paid the full amount for accommodation in Ballito. Unfortunately my mum and sister was in an accident so I initially wanted to move the dates which proved to be such a hassle as not one replies to emails and you cannot get a hold of Safarinow telephonically. I eventually emailed all of their email addresses and someone contacted me and I immediately cancelled the booking. I was requested to provide bank details for the refund but here we are 2 weeks later with no refund and still no one replies toy your emails. I used Safarinow previously and had no issues. This experience is totally pathetic and I not be using them again or recommend them as a service provider.
