Safari now took our money. We turned up at the accommodation and they said we hadn’t paid. Took us a few days to accept this is a **** and we ended up paying twice as we paid the owners directly as they wanted to give our booking away.

As per our previous communication, the property misquoted in error by missing a zero making the quote a tenth of the booking value R1300 instead of R13000. You negotiated a discounted rate which the property agreed to trusting you would settle when letting you check in on the 21st of March. You have not settled and have emailed to say you will now not be settling; this after occupation of the property. We have requested you exit the property if you are unwilling to settle.The property will receive the full R1315 rand you paid however the difference that you agreed to pay for this week stay of R6050 was still outstanding.
We thank you for now settling the balance payment with the establishment directly.
