I made a booking and paid immediately after receiving the quotation. But paid on line as I wanted to add a day. Suddenly the facility was booked but even today if you look at their calendars on your other sites it still show available (up to yesterday the facility was available on safarinow.com). Just got another sms from the Sea Orchid Letting saying the error is on your side Enquiry reference ***3.

I wish to receive my money back asap after making several calls to salfarinow.com. Your agents take their good time and no phones whetre answered yesterday from 16:45 – 17:00. (checked your office hours and it says open till 17:00) Check reference ***3 Payment was made on the 9th of December to your account Nedbank account.

Between Safarinow.com and Sea Orchid Holiday Letting - be aware that non is taking responsibility. Just blaming each other. In the meantime my money has not be refunded as yet.
