Hello!!! Anyone there?

I made a reservation on 26 February and paid via EFT at the same time. I noticed that the payment wasn't logged by Safarinow.com and my booking had expired due to non-payment. Trying to contact Safarinow is futile. I emailed and called every contact detail I could find for this company with no success. It is clear that they do not have the capacity to operate as a normal reservation service. It is clear that this company is struggling and perhaps it would be better if they just relieved the world of their presence and left this business to the pros.
