Guesthouse doesn't work with Safari

I booked for a Guesthouse in Ladysmith for 2 nights through Safari but when I called to confirm booking they said they don't work with Safari and don't even have rooms for R300.

The Safari number is not going through, emailed but I don't even think I'll get my money back.

It's Zinzanathi Guesthouse in Ladysmith.
We had to book for another Bnb since we couldn't use that one. But our money hasn't been returned to us.
