Great Service

I booked accommodation through Safari in Knysna for a trip to bring my daughter home to Durban from Stellenbosch. Due to Student protests all exams were delayed a week and our travel plans were left in a mess. Although the policy is not to give refunds for cancelled accommodation, Sindisiwe was sympathetic to my situation. I booked accommodation for the following week and the difference is going to be refunded to me. I will definitely use Safari again.
