Full refund declined by Safarinow
I made a booking on Saturday for 7th January 2023, which was paid in full. I booked as there was a note of free cancellation visible. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel the booking. I have been told that as per their terms & conditions, I will not be refunded at all. I find that unfair as I am cancelling 2 days after I had made the booking. Please assist.
