This company has taken my fiance's money, made a booking sent proof of payment on 15 November, they informed us the owner made a booking for the exact dates, nevertheless. We have communicated to Safari now via email, no response since 16 November 2019.

When you call arrogant, unprofessional staff aid you, and to no avail.

Now I beg to ask the question where is my refund???'

I have asked and plead but to no avail??

This company is **********, taking peoples'money with no intention of giving it back nor disclosing any information regarding the whereabouts thereof.....
