For a refund send a letter of complaint to the Department of Tourism

After numerous and endless struggles I eventually received a refund from them on only half of my deposit. Apparently I have to claim the other half from the lodge. Problem is I paid the FULL amount to Safarinow & expect to receive the FULL refund from them. To those who did not yet receive a refund: Send a letter of complaint to the Department of Tourism. That's how I go my refund.
