False Adverti*****t

Booked in March on Safarinow.com for my December Holiday. I do a thorough check always on all websites, this includes reading all reviews and pictures are a very important part of my decision. So obviously when I chose my accommodation for December i went through all the checklist and chose it because of certain amenities etc. When you advertise a product or anything for that matter on your website you need to ensure that all information supp**** by your website is correct, as this could lead to false adverti*****t. Long story short I paid the very hefty deposit immediately, very excited for our planned holiday at the accommodation we chose. I am leaving in 2 days for my December holiday, paid the balance of the deposit this week and the agency sent me all the details, address etc. Immediately went onto Google earth as the address supp**** by the agency was not adding upto the address where the booked house was. Also the pictures of the new address was a total different house than advertised on Safarinow. The excuses i got was that Safari now is not responsible for loading the pictures. This is the worst case of false advertising. How can a website approve pictures without verification, then any person could advertise and when you arrive you find yourself with no accomodation? Am i being unreasonable, i dont think so. I paid for a service, you accepted my payment and now that i need answers on how this could have happened, you take no responsibility at all. I used your website because i felt that it was trustworthy, a reputable company. This is ridiculous. I will not be leaving this untouched and will go to all extend to expose your ********** acticvities. This is not just false adverti*****t but the worst service ever. The lady assisting me on the phone was very apologetic, as this is of no fault hers, but how do you just accept an appology, i cant, i want answers, i want something done about this. This caused me so much anxiety as I immediately thought this was a ****.
