False advertising of accomodation
Photos as per Modizen Guest House on [URL Removed] and what is actually the accommodation is two totally different. The accommodation is in a rural township area where you pay R350.00 p/person sharing - total to R700.00 per night for two persons. Not safe at all. False advertising!! When I phoned Safarinow to ask for a refund and other alternative accommodation, and apparently the owner did not want to even pay back half of the price. So stupid of us to pay the full amount and not only the deposit, because of our trust in Safarinow. Do not trust this service provider, due to false advertising.

On investigation of this matter we have identified that your main concern was with the location that the mentioned guest house is located in. Based on the original concern the establishment owner opted not to refund you as the actual complaint pertained to their location in South Africa which is correctly listed as Mogwase on our website as opposed to the standard of the actual unit that you had chosen to book. We as SafariNow would like to refund you 50% of the funds that were paid to confirm the booking as discussed with you as you have made many bookings through our website and you did not utilise the nights' accommodation.
