FALS ADVERTISING

We first phoned to ask if we can arrive earlier we were told it would be fine we waited 2 & a half hours for the key the lady who brought it gave me a ****y attitude telling she can be late because we only have to book in later after i have asked if it us possible to get in earlier and were told its fine.. I did not receive a list to say what we need to bring with when I asked was i told to only bring towls. When we entered the unit was there no cheq list i had to phone and say the cupboards were broken cutlery and crockery were missing there is no safe on the unit the curtains is dirty and full of blood you to scared to touch them to close it at knight. The globes in the kitchen is broken there is no braai crockery no braai pan the cutlery were still food stuck to it the beds is do dirty u to scared to touch it lucky we brougt our own mattress. They tell u there is a washing machines and then it doesnt even work. When i asked for a nother unit were i told there is non. When i asked for a cleaner were i told i have to pay R180 p/day for her to clean ther dirty whole.. SafariNow rates this unit as a 4 star its not even worth a star!!!! You have to pay in full so you cant even take your money to get another place. I took photos of it all and will put it in the paper..
