Extremely poor service received from BookingNow.com
I booked at Tsitsikamma Sunrise Caravan Park through Safarinow.com whose website indicated that my account would only be debited after confirmation of my booking by the resort. My account was debited notwithstanding the fact that the had no accommodation on the requested dates. My emails requesting repayment are ignored and and it is not possible to contact Safarinow.com telephonically. That was the first and the last time for my to make any booking through Safarinow. It is a useless booking agent.

The property confirmed the booking on our system and then sent you a direct message advising that they cannot accommodate. Had the correct process been followed and the booking declined the card would not have been charged. We will take this up with them.
