Extremely Poor Service
Extremely poor service. Booked a guesthouse in Bloemfontein and received a voucher from Safarinow.com to be used as part of payment as well. The voucher was used hours before the expiry date and rest of amount paid via EFT. The balance due showed R0. However the guesthouse keeps receiving notification of an outstanding amount (which is equal to the voucher received). Followed up several times, including emails on 3 different occasions with absolutely NO RESPONSE. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.
