Extremely Bad Service from Safarinow

Good day

I need assistance, I booked accommodation at Grace Inn guest house in KZN using safari and was asked for payment, which I paid in full. Its been 7 days now and I haven't heard anything from them. I have sent multiple emails but no one is responding. I received a message from Mervin who is from the gueat house and he said they are fully booked and that Safari has not to contacted them. Can someone from Safari please contact me.
