Excellent service from Safarinow

I requested a cancellation and refund of a booking I made at Linda se Dop in the Western Cape, due to the airline suspending all flights the day after I booked. I had not selected the option during booking which would allow me to cancel, but despite that, Safarinow and Linda se Dop agreed to give me a full refund. I was super impressed with the speed of response and for their willingness to do this for me. Thank you Safarinow and Linda se Dop!
