Excellent follow up.

Checked in at Wild Sage Mountain Lodge in Observatory Cape Town and found it to be very unsatisfactory. Did not live up to photos presented. Contacted Tracey and she went out of her way to help me. Kept following up with me telephonically to ensure that I had managed to secure other accommodation over a very busy time in Cape Town.
