Establishment closed it's doors with no info

Made a booking in March for December at Langholm Lodge, I enquired if my reservation was in place only to find out that the establishment has been closed since July! No one has made any attempt to contact me regarding this problem! I sent Safarinow a email no reply, I can't get hold of them via telephone either! Shocking service!!!!! So what now about my deposit and booking?
