I made a booking which I had to cancel due to Covid-19 which was in March. I received feedback a few days later to inform that the amount would be reimbursed. Nothing happened. Numerous emails followed, as well as unanswered calls. On the 30th of July out of the blue an email was sent to advise reimbur*****t would be done in 24 hours. I don't know how long their 24 hours stretch as I still have not received anything not even a email response. I am so truly disappointed by their lack of service to clients and them not adhering to timeframes they set for refunds.

The refund is done however can take 2-5 working days to show on your statement. You should see it on your statement in a few days.

07 Aug 2020, 09:17The feedback provided is absolutely ridiculous. If a refund was done on the dare it said it would be done I would have my money now. No indication was given when they advised on the 30th of July a refund would be done it takes 2 to 5 days and even if it does we are now on day 6 if the 30th is not included. I have been struggling since Match to get a refund and I will probably not get a refund. What a bunch on *****!!!!!
