Double booking, no refund and horrible service
I made a reservation through Safarinow for one night and paid the full amount to secure the booking. Only to find out when I contacted the Lodge that they were fully booked when I wanted to confirm that everything was in order for our stay.
This is really unacceptable and very disappointing. This is the first time we use Safarinow and will not be using you in the future based on this experience.
We are still waiting for our refund

The booking was subject to availability, it was available at the time we sent a quote however when we attempted to get the confirmation it was no longer available. We are resolving the refund as discussed.
