Don't deal with them, they're dishonest.
Made a booking with them which was cancelled due to Covid-19 (enquiry number ***0). A refund was agreed by the owner of the accommodation. This was on 19th March. Safarinow have deducted the funds from the host but are avoiding calls, emails etc. Never deal with this company. If you need a refund they will swindle the host and the guest. Rather deal with AirBnB, no fuss refunds and transparency all the way.

Our suppliers and customers alike are valuable to us and we will definitely get resolution on all our queries.
