Dont bother with SafariNow - there are many other booking websites!!

I wish I had read these reviews on HP before I booked through Safari Now!!

Luckily it only took them three days to confirm receipt of the deposit but there simply is no customer service. They cannot or will not reply to an email, there system duplicates bookings and send way to many sms's etc etc. Sounds like they are totally *********** and we will never be using them again.

My heart goes out to all those on this website and on SN's own website who have lost thousands!!
