Don't book using safarinow they are *******

Hi, we booked a place in Capetown in November at eden. All looked good till be got there. What was advertised was not what we got. False advertising in there ad it stated 3 bed rooms and a ocean view. What we got was a two bedrooms and a view on the eden mall inside. The place was discustion and not looked after. Broken beds and to many other issues to list. After two days we left and found another place to stay which was 100× better. Now my problem is we booked this place for two weeks we're we only stayed for two day. We have sent safari now emails requesting our money back as it was false advising. But they have not bothered in replying to my emails. Or paid us back. The property Manger is also trying to get them to sort this out but is not having any luck
