Does not get paid for affiliate commission

Is it only me that does not get paid for affiliate commission. Last payment 31-Oct 2020. Communication does not exist. Also had an issue with one of my booked establishment, but fortunately received the my rental booking after some forward and backward communication.

We are looking into it. The team that can check a recon will be active next week. Please forward the email address linked to the affiliate account to *** along with the last settled booking in October 2020.

What is wrong? No feedback at all. I sent all relevant documentation to emergency @safarinow.com on 9/1/2022. Nothing happened.

Good day,

An email requesting that you forward your invoices and information to our finance department. They will be able to assist you with your payment query. Alternatively, please respond to the email sent to you on the 19th of January requesting this information and we will forward it to our finance department.

I am not sure whom I communicate with now.
On 20-Jan I rep**** to an email received from Genevieve, which was sent to Genevieve at 'Reservations' <***>
Today I sent the same info to 'Genevieve Muller' <***> (as requested).
Also sent the same info and invoice to Sasha at 'Finance' <***> (as requested).
Trust that this will activate some action.

I have followed up with our finance department and have been advised that they have also not received any responses from you regarding the invoice requests sent by us. One of the agents will contact you shortly regarding this matter.

Please get Meagan Olhson to phone me. She phoned me from **********. When I call that number an answering machine name a few email addresses which does not fulfill my query. It also seems that Safarinow does not receive my emails (no replies to me).
