Do not use the Safarinow.com website.

After more than 3 days of emailing several addresses on safarinow.com web,, calling, facebook messages, tried live chat. safari is not answering my calls for help. Guest made a booking on friday and paid necessary deposit, safari did not confirm booking so guest had to look for alternative accommodation. Today (monday) they confirm booking (3 days later. Guest is trying to get refund but all of our communication is totally ignored. I tried the email address to list an establishment when none of the other emails were ignored. Somebody immediatly mailed back to get info for new listing. When I said it is query for existing reservation - total silence again!
