Do not use Safarnow.com!!!
I made a relatively large booking for accomodation at Rondegat, Clanwilliam on the 25th of August. I paid the full amount a few days prior to check in date. The day before check in, my daughter contracted COVID. We obviously could not go. I was willing to forego my deposit as it was such short notice but I have still not received a refund for the remaining 40%. This is ******** - theft. I have really struggled to communicate with Safarinow and now, on the 28 September have still not heard from them or the establishment. This is day light *******!
