DO NOT BOOK WITH SAFARINOW.COM

I booked my holiday through Safarinow.com and paid the deposit. A day later, the establishment called me to say that they have been booked for months already and that my booking wasn't valid. I was VERY upset. I have emailed Safarinow.com several times and when I called, no answer. I need my deposit back ASAP to book a VALID holiday. I have booked with them previously and have never received such SHOCKING service. NEVER BOOKING THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!!
