DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! NO REPLY TO EMAILS ?????

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I booked and paid a deposit a month ago for 3Jan 2021 and had to cancel last week. Cancellation terms: more than 60days FULL REFUND!!!! Now today is the 4th and I still have not received a single reply from these dam people... Really annoying and sickening service. Even the owner of the establishment has responded and tried emailing safari now and also no blady joy!!! What the actual hell in going on???? I demand an answer and a FULL REFUND!!!!
