Disgusted and stingy to give clients refunds

I've had the worst service ever from this company . They are quick to remind you when deposits are due , but I've been trying to get a refund for the past 2 weeks now and to date the only response I've received was that they wanted the reference number , which I provided , then got no response thereafter . I've sent numerous emails , called in and the lines get dropped . Where is the so called service ?
