Disgusted

My fiance booked us a 3 day valentines weekend at Cartwrights Corner, we are all too fami**** with the place as we have stayed over on 2 occasions in the same room and never had any problems but on our third time around our experience was horrifying. We not sure if it was under new management cause the place was dirty and dusty,the kitchen utensils was all dirty and used someone packed it away as is an don't even talk about the bathroom,the towels was used there was no fresh ones,the bath and shower was extremely dirty the dirt lines of someone that took a bath was clearly visible,used soaps with hairs still on it and a used wash rag was also left behind,the stove plate was badly melted and the washing machine stinked.According to the rules notification paper it states that a cleaner cleans before guest checks in that was clearly not true.My fiance sms'd Chrissie who only rep**** the following day and gave him such attitude as she didn't even apologise or offer to send a cleaner or issue us with fresh towels,we ended up cleaning the place ourselves and buying towels.She even had the audacity to ask if we stayed here before.We wont stay at this place again or recommend it 2 anyone.
