Discrepancy between Web and quoted price-feedback
Through SafariNow I requested a quote of Pearl Stream Guest House on 10/3. The quote was received the following day, but with a close to 45% higher price than reflected on the web page for the guest house. On 13th I queried the price with SafariNow, but had no feedback of any kind, what-so-ever.<br> I had family in close proximity assisting me with a direct reservation at the particular guest house, at a rate as per the web-page. If the agencies such as SafariNow has a levy for their service of R310 per reservation (or close to that of an additional person), I will never make use of their service again. Worse is that they ignore requests for feedback/clarity

Pearl stream have confirmed that the rates provided to us are not up to date, they will be changing these shortly. Your particular request was also quoted with breakfast inclusive which increased the rate.
