Disappearing when they need to Refund

I’m feb 2020 I booked and paid for one night stay in Parys, I’ve been in contant with safarinow to cancel the booking due to the Corona lockdown, they contacted via telephone and email saying that we should wait to hear if the lockdown will be extended or not, since then I’ve been mailing and phoning with no response. I want To cancel the booking and I want my money back.!
