Deposit refund not paid as promised
We booked and paid deposit for accommodation in Clarens which had to be cancelled due to the national lockdown. We requested deposit refund on 28 March and were told it would take 10-14 days. It has been a month and we cannot get hold of anyone and get no response to emails sent to Safarinow. This is unacceptable!!
