Damascus Bush Lodge & Safari now

I made a booking and payment in full prior to the announcement of the initial lockdown. When the lockdown was announced I called Damascus Mountain Bush Lodge to cancel my booking and sent the all the documents they requested on 24/03/2020. Safarinow contacted me later to find out if they can assist in cancelling, which I agreed to and forwarded them my prior communication with Damascus. Nothing happened, until I followed up end of May, and I was told to expect refund latest first week of July. Third week I followed up,and I was asked to send the same documents I have already sent. I followed up again on 11/08/2020, no response they have gone radio silent both the Damascus and Safarnow. This is a very s***y service
