Communication poor, and beware the payment system

I booked accommodation, and paid what i thought was a 50% deposit. When the beaches closed in inquired about cancelling the booking. I subsequently found that Safarinow had charged me the full 100% of the booking. They also did not come back to me about possible charges etc if i cancelled. The communications were all on their booking page and as such the lodge owner, who also hadnt received anything from Safrai thought the booking had been cancelled. I have managed to get another booking with them, however Safari, only now have sent me a mail (over a week later) to say my booking is now cancelled. I know you are busy, but your lack of communication, and replying to mails is astounding!!!

I hope you get this resolved asap. This will not go down well if im asked to pay twice!!!
