Casa Consani Terra Del Vino - Plot 171, De Hollandsche Molen, Franschoek

<p>We search for accomodation at the end of January for 08/04/17 to 11/04/17 in Franschoek area. We got an reply from Casa Consani Terra Del Vino, they own Plot 171 in De Holaandsche Molen, just ouside of Franschoek. We booked the accomodation and we booked in on the 8th, as planned. We were however in for a huge dissapointment from the start, not only were there problems at the gate and issues when we wanted to have friends over for a braai, the house is a disaster. There is basically no cellphone service, wich was not mentioned at all, the taps are leaking, the kettle is leaking, the shower doesn't drain properly, the shower head at the bathtub doesn't work, not all the powerpoints are functional and worse of all, the place was very dirty, my kids had to wear shoes otherwise their feet turned Black by walking on the dirty tile floor. We bought disinfectant and cleaned the floors ourselves just so that our kids could play inside without getting dirty. And more there is also fleas or bed bugs, because my kids is full of bite marks. I do not know how Safarinow.com allow these people to be assosiated with them and how they are allowed to fool clients and make money of decent people with this mess of place. Something must be done about this asap !</p>
