Can't get a refund since 25th March 2021 from Safarinow.com

I booked an overnight stay at Wortelfontein on Safarinow.com for one night on the 4th Jan 2022 on 20 March 2021. I had to cancel the booking after a few days having already paid a R400 deposit. Safarinow sent me this mail on 25/3/2021:

Enquiry ***0 Hi Tracey, Your booking at Wortelfontein Guest Farm has been cancelled. Guests: 2 Adults Rooms: 1 x Stable Room Date: Check in Tue, 04 Jan 2022 out: Wed, 05 Jan 2022 Total: R800 If you have not chosen to cancel this booking please email ***. We will notify you of the cancellation terms shortly via email. Thank you, SafariNow.com

I have sent numerous emails to Safarinow.com and cannot get a response or my R400 back. I have spoken to the Owner of Wortelfontein, Mrs. Magdel Venter who confirmed that she had emailed Safarinow.com to confirm the cancellation and also advise them to refund me the full amount. I cannot get a response from Safarinow.com either by phone or email, the phoneline just has a message to send an email which never gets answered. Safarinow please contact me, it is very worrying reading what's going on in the news, I have been using your website and making bookings for over a decade. I am writing this review as a last resort, please resolve soonest, thank you.
