Cancelletion Refund Oustanding - Safarinow.com

I have resorted to this forum with the prospect of being favoured with a response from Safarinow.com. Needless to say, like many others, we opted to cancel our bookings and requested a refund. I got as far as my banking details being requested, but nothing since then. No phonecall, email, payments...niks, zilst, nadda, *****.

Please Safarinow.com, help me here. I do understand the dynamics you are faced with in terms of your operations, but its just common courtesy to respond.
