Cancellation enquiries

Very dissatisfied with customer service. The humiliation that your own staff do not understand cancellation policies lets my head explode!! E-mailed them countless times to tell them that my refund was calculated incorrectly. Tried to call but the help line is useless. I was able to communicate with someone on cancellations@safarinow, but as soon as my refund was paid back to me, communication stopped point blank. I refered them to their own cancellation policies, stipping out what my refund was supposed to be. I even sent the e-mail thread to other SafariNow addresses with zero success. Trying every day to call the help line. I am extremely disappointed. Will defenitely NOT recommend booking through them.
