Cancelation of booking

I made a booking at tapologo lodge through safarinow on the 24 August 2020 for the 4 September to the 6th. Tried canceling the booking on the 25th of August after being diagnosed with Covid-19. The emails I've sent are not being rep**** and their number is not active. Safarinow is ****
