Bull ****!!!!!

<p>Made a booking with safari now in july for a holiday for december, paid my deposit and received confirmation. Ws told i would be contacted 7 days prior to the booking date to pay the rest of the money. Its now 1 week prior to my holiday, instead of these ppl contacting me, iv been trying to contact the owner lesley botha for almost 2 weeks n still no response, iv emailed safari twice n still no response from them, so today i finally call safari n im assured everything is well and this woman is probably just busy, just when im relaxed n calm, i get an sms 2 hours later stating that my booking has been cancelled and i would get an email with further details.. Havnt received an email yet, no apology, no1 explaining how they are going to help either, how can they do this to people!!!! Where do i get another booking at this time of year!!! To top it off, i dont know when i will be given my deposit back, thanks safari n Lesley for ruining our holidays. I will not be using your services again. Your Mickey Mouse operation should be shut down. </p>
