Bridget to the rescue

I requested a quote from Spinning Reel Beach Cottages in Port Alfred for accommodation for the March school holidays. After accepting the quote and paying my deposit, the supplier failed to honour their quote and advised that they were no longer able to accommodate my booking. They were however able to offer me a different level of accommodation at more than double the rate quoted. My complaint was escalated to Bridgette who tried her level best to negotiate with the owner and staff of Spinning Reel Beach Cottages, on my behalf. After numerous calls to provide me with feedback, I advised Bridgette that I no longer wished to have any dealings with Spinning Reel Beach Cottages and within the hour, she managed to secure me accommodation which appears to be of a slightly more luxurious standard at a slightly more reasonable rate.<br> <br> Bridget was extremely professional in the manner that she dealt with my complaint, always looking at possible solutions and keeping me informed, which is more than I can say for the owner and staff at Spinning Reel Beach Cottages.<br> <br> Thank you Bridgette for rescuing our family holiday and being the consummate professional that you are !
