Booking refund, SAFARINOW unreachable

I am shocked by the service I have received from SAFARINOW.COM. i have been trying to contact the via email and call centres without any luck. I need funds paid back into my account since I mistakenly chose a bnb instead of a lodge for Booking Confirmation. Enquiry #***9, I have already called Elsa Erasmus the owner of the establishment on saturday and yesterday to find out if the payment has been made to her account yet. My request is to actually move the booking from one establishment to the other since I am still interested in a holiday but my frustration is with you since you are no where to be heard and all your emails have automated response and never responded to any of them. your call centre number is also automated meaning you are not working, you keep advertising on the internet but unavailable to communicate with your customers. I suggest you shut down your website to avoid all this miscommunication.

I still went on your site on the same day (saturday) to find a suitable lodge for my needs and made a new Quote from Matlapa Lodge Enquiry #***7, and googled the owners contact details so that I can explain my case and get a booking confirmed with them instead, she also could not give me any of your direct numbers but offered to accommodate me.

Can you please refund me so that I can secure my accommodation since my vacation starts on friday. My contact number is ***. I will be waiting for your calls and emails regarding my refund
