Booking refund

<p>I booked and paid for accommodation through Safarinow.com on 27/10/16 at 7.00am for 504 Warren Heights in Cape Town. I received confirmation from them that R0 was owing.</p> <p>I then received an email from 504 Warren Heights stating that I owed an additional R2000 for breakages and cleaning. I refused to pay this and cancelled by 9.00am. This is absolutely no way that 504 Warren Heights lost a booking in that time.</p> <p>I asked for a refund, which I was promised by Safarinow.com. I have to date not received the refund and not heard from them again.</p> <p> </p>
