Bad service from Safarinow.com

I enquired on their website about a possible booking for a week-end get away at Leeupoort resort. On their website it showed available dates for specific houses. Based on that I requested a quote. I received confirmation of the availability and amount. I duly transferred the required deposit, only to receive an email to inform me the house is no longer available and suggested an alternative house. I answered back and said I'm ok with taking the suggested unit. To my surprise did they phone me later to say say that property is also not available. I had enough and requested an immediate refund of my deposit. It is from an Absa account to an Absa account , so the transfer should be easy and quick without delays. It is now six days later and I still have not receive my money back, even after following up yesterday on the reason for the delay, with no reply up to now. This is incompetence at its worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
