Bad service and no communication
Am not happy with the service am getting, my booking was canceled and I was told I would get a refund but I haven't gotten the money back. My emails are being ignored, I've made many attempts to contact safarinow, I was sending to Dalene abrahams.

Im sorry t hear of the bad service that your have received but I can see that Safarinow has refunded our portion of payment on the 21st December 2020 and the guest house still needs to have your refunded.
Dalene has emailed and called the guest house several times requesting to for the proof of payment but has not received any response from them.

How do a complaint about waterberg guesthouse to the ombudsman because I booked on your website, am being ****** by an establishment you placed on your website and I deposited money to you and not them but now it seems that it's my problem alone to deal with this guesthouse. Kindly provide me with details of ombudsman, because I've made so many attempts to contact waterberg guesthouse with no luck, am starting to wonder if they ever exist and do you guys do back ground checks before adding an establishment on your website
