Bad Service and Accommodation from Safarinow.com

I booked with Safarinow.com for accommodation in Ponta Malungane in Mozambique. I made an enquiry for accommodation at Wakene Beach Estate and received a quotation. I paid the full amount and then nothing happened. Safarinow.com did not acknowledge the payment or confirmed my booking. The telephone numbers provided on the internet is worthless as the just ring for ever. I eventually got hold of the estate and they confirmed my booking. We got to Wakene Beach Estate and was directed to chalet no 1. When I open the door I opened the door I was shocked at the state of the place. It was not cleaned there was stuff on the bathroom floor that looked like mouse droppings the wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean. The light switch in the first bedroom was open with electrical wires visible. The bed lights in the main bedroom did not work as there was no plug behind the bed to plug them in and only one had a globe in it, The curtains were in a bad shape with holes in the kitchen and living area curtains and missing hooks on the bedroom curtains. The gas stove was rusted and dirty and I had to scrub the pots before I could use it. The braai was not cleaned the next day. I will not recommend this place as was the worst place that I ever stayed in. I had issues with Safarinow.com before and I will never make use of them again.
