Bad service

I made a 2 booking with safari now, but due to covid 19 and work commitments i had to cancel bookings, i requested the cancellation in April2020 and asked for a refund, the establishment refunded the money back to safari now last week, and now all communication has gone dead, as the safari now is not responding to emails or does the phone number work.
