Bad reviews withheld from website

When I start looking for accommodation, I always read both good and bad reviews before deciding on any place. I recently had a very bad experience where my vehicle was badly damaged by personnel at a place I booked through the Safarinow website.
I felt future guests should be warned to be careful and to inform them of the other aspects of the venue that was not up to standard either. I would like to know why Safarinow only places good reviews?
I have mailed Safarinow and was supp**** with a different email address to place reviews than the one supp**** on the site and still there is no mention of my review on the Safarinow site. This particular \guesthouse"damaged my new vehicle before I even made the first instalment and now I am battling to get them to pay for damages. SURELY Safarinow should place negative reviews to protect future guest AND their own business? """
